SwipeX is an AI trading assistant that provides trade signals and facilitates execution on connected cryptocurrency exchanges. We do not provide investment advice, and all trades are executed at your own discretion and risk.

3. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use SwipeX
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made through the platform

4. Fees and Payments

SwipeX operates on a transparent fee structure:

Free Tier: 1.00% per-swipe execution fee (0.50% on entry, 0.50% on exit)
Plus Tier ($9.99/month): 0.75% per-swipe execution fee
Pro Tier ($19.99/month): 0.50% per-swipe execution fee

Fees are subject to minimums and caps to protect both small and large trades.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies carries significant risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. SwipeX provides tools to help manage risk but cannot guarantee profits or prevent losses. Please review our full Risk Disclosure for complete details.

6. Limitation of Liability

SwipeX acts as a copilot, not an autopilot. You retain full control over all trading decisions. We are not liable for:

Trading losses or missed opportunities
Technical issues with connected exchanges
Market volatility or liquidity issues
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SwipeX are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
